Green Ant Toys Online Return Policy

  • Items that are faulty when received.

- Please contact us immediately either by email or by phone (1300 559 684)  to report an item that is faulty on arrival.

- Or Visit Our Resolution Centre

- Depending on the fault reported, at our discretion, we may require you to provide photographs, or to return the item.  

- If we ask you to return the item, you will need to provide proof of purchase enclosed with the return.

- When the item is received, tested and confirmed to be faulty, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs in addition to the cost of your order.  

- Unfortunately, neither Green Ant Toys nor the manufacturer can offer a refund or replacement where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use as identified by Green Ant Toys.

- Refunds will be processed using the same method as payment received.

  • Change of Mind Return

- Green Ant Toys accepts Change of Mind returns, with return postage costs at Buyer's expense.

- Please contact us by email or phone (1300 559 684)  before returning the item.

- The item must be received back at Green Ant Toys in original packaging, complete and in re-saleable condition for a refund to be paid.

- We will refund the order cost less our freight costs to you.  Our freight costs may exceed the freight cost you were charged.

- Refunds will be processed using the same method as payment received.

- Please enclose proof of purchase with the returned item.

Items  must be returned within 30 Days of receipt.

- Items must be returned in secure packaging.  

- A freight service that uses parcel tracking is advised.

- Proof of purchase must be enclosed with the returned item.

  • Shipping for returns?

- Reasonable freight costs for Faulty items that have been returned at the request of Green Ant Toys will be refunded once the item is received back and confirmed to be faulty.

- Return freight costs for Change of Mind Returns are at Buyer's Expense.

  • Credit for returns?

- Refunds for Returns will be processed using the same payment method as the original sale.

- Change of Mind Returns will be refunded less our freight costs, which may be in excess of the itemised freight charge on your order.

  • Australian Consumer Law

- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Green Ant Toys is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to Green And Toys will be borne by you.

- Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price.
