  • Bulky Items are Excluded From Fixed Rate Delivery.  The Postage Charge for Bulky Items is Calculated By Postcode on the Product Page, At Your Cart, And At The Checkout.
  • Time Sensitive Orders. Please contact us by phone or email to ask about delivery options.  Please include details of the item(s) you wish to purchase, the date you need your order by, and the delivery postcode.
  • Express Post can be arranged. Please contact us for a price before completing your purchase, as the price depends on your order size and postcode.
  • Delivery Times. While we provide delivery estimates, we have no control over your order once it has been despatched and do not guarantee delivery timelines.  We do not offer an "On Time or It's Free Service"
  • Delivery Services. We use Australia Post E-Parcel or Reputable Couriers to Deliver your Parcel. At our discretion, we choose the best option, with cost and timeliness considered. All Orders have Parcel Tracking Included.
  • Post Office Box And Parcel Locker Delivery Requests: Couriers cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you need delivery to a Post Office Box or Parcel Locker and Australia Post is significantly more expensive than courier delivery, we will contact you to either change your delivery address, pay the additional cost, or cancel your order.  Should your order state we don't deliver to your postcode, please contact us as this may be arranged.
  • Australia Post Delivery Required. If you require delivery exclusively by Australia Post for any reason please let us know.  We are happy to ensure Australia Post is used for delivery, but there may be an additional charge if Australia Post is significantly more expensive than a courier service.
  • Tracking is provided with all orders.  You will receive an email with your parcel's carrier and tracking number.  Should you have concerns about your item's delivery once despatched, in the first instance contact the courier service.  We are happy to step in if you have problems with the delivery service that cannot be resolved directly.
  • FREE Pick Up is available from Yarramalong, NSW 2259. Please Select Pick Up at your Cart or Check Out.  Please contact us to advise when you would like to collect your order, and we will provide you with pick up instructions.
  • Authority to Leave: You may give instructions for your order to be left in a safe place at the delivery address. You choose this option at your own risk and Green Ant Toys can not be held responsible for loss or damage.
